RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Sebastian and Belle however if the unlikely event occurs that you would like to return it please ensure you adhere to the following conditions in order for us to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

All pram purchases are on factory order therefore are non-returnable.

All other full price items can be exchanged or refunded providing they are returned to store within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt as proof of purchase.

All returns must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging with tags.

You will be unable to return any products that have been used, worn damaged or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.

Please note: Sale items are non refundable.
